Will I get a refund for products that are returned?
We only offer refunds on fulfillment errors. For all other returns, we will issue a credit note for the amount of your purchase valid for use within 45 days. Please note that return requests will be accepted within 7 days from when your order was delivered.
Can I exchange my order?
To request an exchange for your order, the product must be unused and the original tags and packaging must be intact.
Can I exchange my order for a different size?

How do I exchange a defective product?
We take pride in the care we take in our design and quality control process. We have a three step quality control process. Our products are made from natural fibres at upskilling centers in a sustainable and ethical way. Certain product texture effects and inherent characteristics of natural fibres may appear as defects. However, in case you receive a defective product please call our customer care number +91-9999125267 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order and someone from our team will be happy to assist you.
How do I request an exchange?

To process your request, please have your order number, delivery address and the reason for exchange on hand. Once your request has been processed, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 7 days
