We only offer refunds on fulfillment errors. For all other returns, we will issue a credit note for the amount of your purchase valid for use within 45 days. Please note that return requests will be accepted within 7 days from when your order was delivered.
To request an exchange for your order, the product must be unused and the original tags and packaging must be intact.

Our products are made from natural fibres at upskilling centers in a sustainable and ethical way. Certain product texture effects and inherent characteristics of natural fibres may appear as defects.
